We only use your personal information to run our business and provide necessary services to our users. We do not share customer information with anyone. We do not store or even view your credit card information. Because all information is transferred directly from your screen in encrypted form to our payment processor Stripe.
All prices are in USD and do not include taxes, shipping, or insurance payments. Depending on your bank policy, you may also be charged a small charge if you use other cards outside of Canada. Kanavices.com reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors.
Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days. We ship by UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Deliveries are usually made within 3-5 business days to addresses in the USA and Europe. It will be delivered to Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Latin America, and Africa within an estimated 5-7 business days. All products are insured against damage and loss. We do not ship to P.O.’s addresses.
We will inform you of the shipping details as soon as possible, approximately within 1-4 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
We accept payments via Visa and MasterCard and AmEx payment method. We also accept payments by check from a Canadian bank or by wire transfer to our Canadian bank account.
Return & Cancellation Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. You may return any product in its original condition for a 100% refund within seven (7) days from the date of receipt. The customer pays the return shipping fee. For your safety, products must be returned shipping prepaid, insured for their full value, and securely packaged to avoid shipping damage.
We reserve the right to:
– Not accepting returns or deducting a 15% restocking fee if the product is returned after this period; or
– 15% restocking fee will be deducted if three or more items are returned, and
– If the product returned is not in its original condition, reduce the cleaning or repair fees.
The items will be returned to our warehouse in Turkey.
For all countries except the US, we will deduct any customs duties and/or VAT or GST if we paid on your behalf when we refund your payment.
Delivery of an incorrect or damaged product made by us, etc. In the event of such fundamental errors, the buyer will be entitled to a full refund.
If you decide to return an item, please fill out the return form first or email us at sales@Kanavices.com and get return information. Products must be returned as sold, with no damage, alterations, or signs of use. We reserve the right to charge a cleaning or replacement fee depending on the condition of the returned product.
If your order shows damage when you receive the shipment, please open it with the delivery service personnel or at least pay attention when signing the product. If possible, please try to get a photo of the damaged package as well. Contact us immediately and save all packaging material.
Cancellation Policy for Returns and Special Orders
We do not accept returns of custom orders after shipment unless they are damaged during shipment.
Products not received by the customer and returned to us
Items not received and returned to us due to the customer not having several delivery attempts or rejecting delivery will be charged the original shipping cost and return shipping fee. Full value is taken from specially ordered products.
VAT and Customs Duties
VAT (value-added tax) and customs duties (if applicable) differ for each country. Most countries outside the USA are subject to VAT and customs duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Since prices vary by country and what was ordered, we cannot provide an estimated cost. Customers ordering from European countries are exempt from customs fees but will be billed by UPS and DHL for VAT. For most European countries, we offer an option to prepay the VAT to us and we pay the VAT on their behalf to their local customs for their convenience.
